The Vlerick Alumni Women in Leadership Club empowers women to reach their full potential by championing and promoting more inclusive business environments.
We practise what we preach – anyone is welcome to join this club, as long as they are passionate advocates for more inclusive leadership. All our events are safe spaces to share challenges at work and to share wins too.
Our offer
Our mission is to:
- Inspire: Sharing knowledge, raising awareness and encouraging personal growth
- Connect: Building a network, creating opportunity and connecting on deeper levels
- Lift up: Advocating for one another, mentoring and encouraging one another to act
We invite our members to two annual events led by expert speakers. We also host more intimate events so members can share knowledge and network with like-minded people. And we organise and support community development initiatives.
