Bruno Colmant
Adjunct Professor of Financial Accounting
A highly experienced senior leader whose deep knowledge has steered Belgium’s largest financial institutions and government.
Since the early 2000s, Bruno Colmant has occupied senior executive roles in financial services and stock market organisations, including deputy CEO of AGEAS, CEO of Euronext Brussels, CFO of ING Group, Belgium – and CEO of ING Group Luxembourg. Bruno has also served as Chief of Staff for the Belgian Minister of Finance.
He is currently a serving member of the Executive Board of Belgium’s largest private bank, Bank Degroof Petercam.
Bruno serves on a number of industry boards and committees, including Brederode, Unibra, and other not-for-profit entities. He has authored more than 85 books – and is a member of the Belgian Royal Academy.
As Adjunct Professor at Vlerick, Bruno teaches Financial Accounting on our Masters in Financial Management and our Executive Master Class in Corporate Finance.
