Gianni Spolverato is a doctoral researcher specialising in accounting and finance at Vlerick. His current research focuses on the impact different types of shareholders have on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and on the firms they own.
He’s also active with the Centre for Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts, where he conducts practice-oriented research on the Belgian M&A market, together with Professor Mathieu Luypaert.
