An expert in HR management, Koen Dewettinck’s research focuses on the drivers of employee engagement and performance. Over the past two decades he has published numerous articles and books – and is a frequent speaker on HRM, performance management and people management, at events across the globe.
Koen has worked with hundreds of managers and helped them to become more effective at managing people. And he has used his rich experiences to develop the Performance Amplifier toolkit.
At Vlerick, Koen is Director of all our MBA programmes. He is also head of the Centre for Excellence in Strategic Talent Management, which examines every aspect of employee development and performance to optimise management practices.
