Leslie Cottenjé

Leslie Cottenjé is an entrepreneur from Bruges with 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She co-founded Hello Customer, a SaaS scale-up based in Ghent, in 2015. She passed the baton as CEO in 2023 and now remains co-founder and shareholder. In 2018, her achievements were recognised with a nomination for Female CEO of the Year. In 2020 and 2021, Hello Customer was one of Deloitte’s Fast 50 nominees and the winner in the digital category. In 2024, she won the Microsoft Power Women Award Belgium for her role as General Manager of Codit Belgium, an IT consultant in Ghent.

She left Codit to focus on her key expertise and passion: growing companies through a commercial strategy that creates value. At Datashift, she’s building a community to close the gap between business and technology – and she develops strategies or acts as a sounding board for a number of companies.

She is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
