Marthe Van Hove is a researcher who specialises in executive remuneration. She’s currently working in the Executive Remuneration Research Centre, where she collaborates closely with Professor Xavier Baeten. Her goal is to inspire and provide interactive support to the centre members by bridging the gap between academic research and business practice.
