Sarah’s research expertise lies in people management and she is actively involved in HRM activities at Vlerick
Sarah Quataert is a senior researcher at Vlerick. Her work involves people management – specifically talent management, strategic HRM and employee motivation. And she always aims to translate her research into insights that will meet real business needs.
Sarah coordinates Vlerick’s Centre for Excellence in Strategic Talent Management, a knowledge-driven network of HR professionals and talent managers. She’s also responsible for the international master course EHRM – European Human Resource Management. And she coaches students and executives on several courses, such as MY VDP (My Vlerick Development Portfolio).
