Silke Van Gansbeke

Research focusing on occupational health and strategic talent management.
Silke works as a junior researcher at Vlerick Business School. She contributes to the work of the Centre for Excellence in Strategic Talent Management, where she conducts research on occupational health and strategic talent management.
Specifically, she is contributing to a European Social Fund project that is creating training programmes for people working in the industry sector. These will help workers to navigate numerous changes in the sector. As part of this, Silke is developing training programmes on lifelong learning and people management.
She also coordinates the career management course on our programmes, helping students to prepare for interviews. And she coaches students on the My VDP (My Vlerick Development Portfolio) course.
