Smaranda Boros has rich international experience both inside and outside academia. She combines teaching and research with executive coaching and social impact projects.
Smaranda teaches international business at MBA level, diversity, equity and inclusion at Masters level – and cross-cultural management, diversity and inclusion and leadership development on our customised programmes.
As a coach, she specialises in cross-cultural issues of working in international settings and works with minority groups. Smaranda has coached global executives in Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia for almost two decades. She embraces innovative, experiential and challenging learning experiences – and seeks to develop authentic leaders who can make a difference.
Smaranda’s research focuses on issues of identity, diversity and emotion in the workplace and society. Her previous work has explored topics including group dynamics, diversity management issues and identity narratives as empowerment tools. She has several books to her name – and her research features in major journals and international press.
