I work as a Product Marketing Manager at EVS Broadcast Equipment, a globally recognised leading provider of live video technology for broadcast and new media productions.
I chose the Product Management programme in order to gain the latest product management insights in terms of methodologies and practical implementation tools backed by academic research.
The opportunity to listen to renowned professors and experts has inspired me to keep innovating. To remain at the forefront as an industry leader, creative innovation in processes is key to product marketing management, along with structure and good organisation.
The programme boosted my self-confidence as I saw that my prior academic (Master's in Management) and professional experience was aligned with the latest trends in Product Management. It also helped me understand that a ‘continuous learning’ mentality helps maintain a winning mindset, because you keep yourself up-to-date with the latest proven product management methods.
EVS is constantly innovating and truly leading the way – not only in terms of our products, but also in terms of our internal processes and organisational mechanisms. Thanks to the programme, I have worked with other Product Marketing Managers and Solution Managers to implement a series of growth-focused updates to better align our business objectives with our daily activities.
In my opinion, the programme’s most important return on investment is the practical knowledge being transferred to professionals with executive roles. Personally, the programme has expanded my knowledge of, and connection to, Product Management, and it has enabled me to confidently lead new initiatives with direct positive business impact on our objectives.
