Moving into a management role is an exciting time in your career. But without leadership development training, it can be daunting too. That’s why we designed the seven-day Leadership Transition Programme.

You’ll get to know yourself and discover how to manage and motivate others. You’ll live and learn the skills you need to take a leap forward in your management role – and you’ll return to your organisation with enhanced leadership skills and confidence.

Detailed programme

This programme comprises three tracks, designed to give you in-depth insights into leading in management. You’ll discover ways to manage yourself effectively and you become a better leader. With expert coaching, you’ll identify and tackle your own challenges and create a plan to move forward.

This programme gives you a guaranteed return on investment. You’ll take back to your organisation the skills and insights to lead successfully, both now and in the future.

Success stories

Roger Langhout

I have learned important new approaches, especially in terms of managing employees and recognising and appreciating the variety of leadership roles in our organisation. I’m now implementing these approaches and they are already beginning to bear fruit. I’m still in touch with a number of participants − Vlerick provides an environment where you can expand your network in a meaningful way.
