Trainings of the future
Research project
With the support of Europa WSE, Vlerick Business School developed training courses of the future in partnership with other organisations.
The world is changing rapidly: from emerging technologies and digitalization to the shift to a circular and carbon-neutral economy. This is reflected in a changed labour market with a need for other competencies, which have been mapped based on previous competency forecasts. To respond to these competency needs, training courses have been developed to strengthen soft skills, on the one hand for managers and on the other for employees within the industrial sector. Vlerick Business School collaborated with Taborgroep, VIVO, Esset Engage, Mtech+ and Agoria.
The training material has been developed as a train-the-trainer and is only available in Dutch.
