Come and help us make business a force for positive change in society. As a member of our faculty, you’ll help to shape our research, our relationships with the corporate world and our teaching.
With an open, hands-on approach, you’ll develop the entrepreneurial leaders – and thinking – our world now needs. And all the while you’re doing this, you’ll be supported in a collaborative organisation that prioritises and values diversity.
We can’t wait to meet you!
At Vlerick, you’ll discover our research centres, which attract senior business leaders – and spark relevant research across many topics.
Our research strategy focuses on rigour, relevance, reach and responsibility. It’s an approach that allows you to think progressively and remain relevant.
You’ll also be able to collaborate with academics in our partner universities of Ghent and KU Leuven. And we’ll support you to apply for research funding and encourage you to attend international conferences.
The strong connections we have with the business world are a source of great strength and pride. Our long-standing partnerships with organisations across sectors and the work of our research centres means that our approaches address the most pressing challenges facing business today.
From our base in Brussels, we look out over the European HQs of some of the world’s largest organisations. No wonder our outlook is so international and entrepreneurial.
As a faculty member, you’ll teach at MBA and Masters level – as well as on our executive programmes. You’ll team up with other faculty, researchers and staff across domains and institutions – and we’ll encourage you to integrate business games, simulations and digital technology into your teaching.
Vlerick is ahead of the curve when it comes to digital learning – and we’ll invest in your development to help you create highly-immersive learning journeys both in the classroom and online.
