Module 2: Self-leadership — ontwikkel je persoonlijke managementstijl
- Analyseer je managementaanpak met de Vlerick Cognitive Style Indicator
- Leer om te gaan met verschillende persoonlijkheden in een professionele context
- Krijg inzicht in teamdynamieken en hoe ze individueel gedrag sturen
- Begrijp jezelf — en hoe self-management je helpt om anderen te leiden
- Graaf dieper in sales management en technieken om je salesforce te motiveren
- Breng de prestaties en het potentieel van je sales team in kaart
- Herken je managementstijl en finetune de manier waarop je met je mensen omgaat
